EU countries

Free delivery on orders over the amount of 100eur.

Delivery cost of 5,50eur for 1-3 items if total is under the amount of 100eur (registered mail, parcel tracking).

Delivery cost of 8,50eur for 4-5 items if total is under the amount of 100eur (registered mail, parcel tracking). 

Rest of the world

Free delivery on orders over the amount of 200eur.

Delivery cost of 10eur for 1-3 items if total is under the amount of 200eur (registered mail, parcel tracking).

Delivery cost of 13eur for 4-5 items if total is under the amount of 200eur (registered mail, parcel tracking).

VAT is included in all shipping prices.

Shipping process and delivery time

Delivery is performed by our partner courier service HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d.

Delivery takes 5-10 days for all EU countries.

Delivery time for the rest of the world’s countries varies depending on the distance of the destination country.

All items are packed carefully in a quality package that ensures safety and prevents damage.

Once an order has been dispatched we will send the buyer a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

The buyer is obligated to check the parcel upon its arrival for all the visible damages and if the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery the buyer can refuse it. If however, the buyer accepts the parcel it is understood that there were no visible packing damages. 

If we are unable to deliver the ordered product in the agreed time of delivery we will notify the buyer. The buyer can then cancel the order or consent to a different delivery time.
